LLC

We help you establish your Limited Liability Company (LLC) with confidence. Our services include preparing and filing Articles of Organization, obtaining your EIN, and providing guidance on state-specific compliance requirements. We make the process easy, so you can focus on launching your business.

BASIC LLC FORMATION

*300.00+state fees

Includes Name check, Articles of Organization filing. (Includes FTB registration)

premium llc formation

*450.00+state fees

Includes everything in Basic plus:  EIN application,  Customized Operating 

Agreement, Initial Statement of Info filing, and Compliance checklist.


S-CORP

We assist with setting up your S-Corporation from start to finish. Our services include filing the necessary formation documents, obtaining your EIN, and submitting IRS Form 2553 to elect S-Corp status. We also provide guidance on compliance and tax obligations to ensure your business is structured correctly from day one.

Includes Name check and Articles of Incorporation filing. (Includes FTB registration)

FOREIGN LLC OR CORPORATION REGISTRATION IN cALIFORNIA

Preparation and filing of the Application to Register, assistance with obtaining a Certificate of Good Standing from the home state, filing the Initial Statement of Information, guidance on appointing a California registered agent, providing a compliance checklist for ongoing requirements.
